good posture. Sit up straight, have your strumming hand you just over the
sound hole so that it is going to make a nice sound and then gentle cup the
neck of the guitar in your other hand. This positioning will allow you to
play with comfort and put out some good sound as well.
3 - Have Patience
Just as with anything else in life, there is going to be a learning curb
when beginning guitar lessons. You should keep working at it and have
patience. If you don't get it at first, take a day off and then come back
with a fresh mind. There is no hurry. When you take your time, relax and
just let it flow you will notice that your guitar playing sounds much better
than if you were forcing it and being all up tight about it.
